Hello! I’m Sarah.

I offer Yoga Therapy and Yoga Classes to support the mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing of children, young people and adults.

I believe that Yoga is a healing system for every body, inclusive of all ages, ethnicities, genders, shapes, sizes and abilities.

My intention is to offer a safe, welcoming space in which all people feel seen, held and accepted, just as they are.

I am here because I know in my bones that Yoga has the power to relieve suffering and bring us home into a place of deep comfort and joy in our bodies. I would be delighted to welcome you to a session with me soon.

Therapy

It is my belief that through the practices offered in Yoga Therapy, as well as through nurturing a deeply attuned and supportive therapeutic relationship, every child can find comfort and joy.

Classes

Threading together movement, stillness, breathwork, meditation and relaxation, my intention is to offer classes for all ages and abilities that deeply nourish mind, body and soul.
