Children’s Yoga Nidra for Sleep
One of the beautiful tools I use in my work is Yoga Nidra. Here is a recording of a Yoga Nidra that I made with the intention of helping children find a sense of safety and ease in body and mind so that they can relax into a peaceful night’s sleep.

I was delighted to read an article about Bessel van der Kolk in the Guardian’s G2 yesterday. He was interviewed because his book The Body Keeps the Score has become a huge pandemic hit, topping bestseller lists this summer.
What to expect?

Why Yoga Therapy?
Which type of therapy do you choose when your child is facing mental health challenges? Talking therapies? Play Therapy? Music, Art or Drama Therapy? Or perhaps Yoga Therapy? It’s a very good question.
